What’s the status of my order?

We process all orders on Thursdays. You’ll receive a shipment confirmation as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation after Thursday following your order, you can always reach out to us via e-mail and we’ll be happy to help!

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. To know if we ship to a certain country, please proceed to checkout and select your country.

Can I change or update my order?

Since we process our orders quickly, in most cases it’s not possible to change or update your order. You can however contact us and we will do our best to accommodate any changes before the order is packed for shipment. Please note however that this is not always possible.

Will I be charged duties and taxes?

Within Hong Kong, no duties or taxes will apply. For international shipments outside Hong Kong, there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that we will not be responsible for. Please note that these supplementary costs are the customer’s responsibility and beyond our control. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong.

Do you process orders on weekends?

No, we only process orders on Thursdays.

Order Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 7 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The goods were purchased in the last 7 days, and you will be responsible for the shipping fee.

The goods are in the original cardboard packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

The supply of goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
